Update by user Dec 21, 2019 The idea of a company that won't exchange a size that doesn't fit for a size that does in 2020 (week after next) is ridiculous. Leather Cult's policy is the exact opposite of what customer service should be. So many online merchants do size exchanges that I couldn't believe Leather Cult refuses to do this. All I want is a jacket size that fits (or, if I can't get that, my $165 back). Original review posted by user Dec 21, 2019 I bought a leather jacket. I gave them my size. When the jacket came, it was cut tight and small, and didn't fit. So I went to exchange it for a larger size, as I've certainly done with other online clothing sellers over the years. Leather Cult replied, in effect. Screw you. They don't do exchanges for a larger size. Period! So I'm simply out a good chunk of money. Anyone who uses this company should prepare to be ripped off.
