I was on chapter 7 and then something went wrong and it stopped recognizing my voice! I tried to fix it myself but wasn't able to do anything! I immediately contacted iDriveSafely customer service and asked for help. Their rep provided some instructions but it did not change anything. Then I asked for a refund but they refused! Are you kidding me? What did I paid for? I definitely did not pay for something I'm not able to use! This app is the worst ever and their support is terrible! I will tell everyone I know not to use iDriveSafely!
