Don't use A Atlanta Rub Scrubber. I bought a Groupon for their services to clean 7 rooms of carpet. Since I refused extra options in addition to the prepaid groupon, he refused to perform the service. Wow! FYI, my carpet is only 2 years old and I only have 1 child, so it's not filthy. I had a feeling that this Groupon wasn't going to work out because simply scheduling the appointment was very trying. I called a few months ago and before he would schedule the appt he wanted to see 3 photos of the worst areas of the carpet. I texted him the photos and no call back. A few months later, when the to do item, percolated back to the top of my list, I called again to schedule. After several calls, I finally go the appt scheduled. At 4:00 pm the day before our very early morning 7:30 am appointment, I called again to confirm our appointment. What would have happened if I hadn't called. He probably would have shown up (if that) and demanded that I agree to additional charges after having prepped the house for carpet cleaning and refused. I call that highway robbery.
