Dont trust this company or the owners

I filed a complain with Pissed Consumer and reached out to the owners of the company. When owners received the complaint from Pissed Consumer they called me up and physically abused me. The owner called me names and yelled at me. he went on cursing non stop. He did not take responsibility for the poor actions of the previous contacts and refused to reimburse me. He said even if I dispute, he would keep recharging my card!!! I am sad that it had to go like this. I have changed my card number and sent the complain to BBB for resolution. Still down 4k.
