Don’t trust carhistory.us.org reports. They contain many errors/discrepancies with the true facts.
Update by user Dec 11, 2019 carhistory.us.org has satisfactorily resolved this issue by refunding the money charged and cancelling my volume discount plan. Original review posted by user Dec 11, 2019 My first (and only report) had any discrepancies between reported information and dealer/carfax information. The site says no charge for no report and it ended up showing a $1.00 charge to allay data update costs to their system to access my report. I discovered on live chat that in reality I had been charged $18.95 of 12 installment payments for a volume discount plan. They are returning the money to my VISA account but I could not login to cancel my volume discount plan enrollment!
