Renewed member ship for another 2 years with the promise of good discounts and shipping at camping world Gander Outdoors along with $ 25.00 merchedise certificate that turned nout to be worthless because theses companies would not honor it. Camping World did give a very small discount on an order of $ 65.oo dollars they would give $ 2.00 dollars off Gander would not give any discount and both would not provide free shipping. When I contacted If you are not happy I'm not happy I got a brush off responce of we are sorry but we can't help you. We have been members for 12 years. I called in for some( advise} to camping world about a slide motor problem to camping world Houghton Lake location the servise manager told me that I needed a new motor which I purchased from them when I told him that motor must have burnt out but they would not replace it that they don't give out advise and they wanted me to bring my camper in and they would fix it if they could. the last time I took camper in for warranty work on the furnace they had it for three months. I am a camp ground manager and can't have camper in their shop for extended period of time. All I wanted was some advise from them.
