I have been a very loyal customer for 8 years, i buy two or 3 pairs every year, and about 2 years ago they changed something about how they make them and they squeak so bad on every step i take. The first 3 times it happened i gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now on new pair number 4 im over it, i will never buy the boots again since they dont seem to care about fixing the issue.. squeak squeak squeak save your money
