Been charged expensive late fees and customer service REFUSED to listen to me, after I've explained to them A FEW TIMES that I can't afford to keep up with my payments or I'm having issues. Thanks to the "bank" they're with, my CREDIT IS RUINED! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CREDIT. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE CON ARTISTS.
