Merchandising takes priority over customer service! Literally wanted to grab two shirts, (already knew my size), and go pay for them. An employee carrying a ladder asked if I needed any help, I told her I just wanted to grab a couple shirts off the shelf she was standing in front of. Her response was, "oh, okay, I just need to take down the Christmas tree decorations then I'll be out of your way". She then proceeded to set up her ladder and climb it, instead of letting me grab the two shirts I wanted to buy... My wife and I walked out! We will never walk in that store again! Left there knowing that my business was way less important than taking down decorations! Like the products, dislike the customer service.
