I ordered and ended up cancelling immediately. Later I got an email saying a number of things had been shipped to me. Stuff I didn't order. I responded. After I tried 4 times to contact customer service I got one more email saying that I never cancelled and that I already got my order. Funny, I never saw it. I tried another couple of times to reach cust service. I never heard back. I had to go to my bank to file a dispute for non service in order to get my money back. They obviously don't care enough about their customers to even respond. Pretty sad.
