Hi. Can you please stop sending me catalogs. I order often but i do it all on line and i have a post office box and they take up too much space. Thankyou. Cathy Richards po box 171 milan.oh 44846. I am not mad or upset.

》 My order has been processing for 15 days & nothing has shipped. All were in stock. I have emailed 2 times & no response. I have tried calling 3 times and I cannot get thru to a human.

》 Cannot get a response from Customer Service via email. I just get reassurances that my order will ship ASAP and that isn’t even what I emailed about. Same with Catherine’s order I placed.
