they don't do maintance so ours had rain come thru it, yesterdy the first time i went in it and clothes are wet when i went in i walked in droplets of water were hanging from the ceiling so furniture and electronics books clothes what can i do don't deal with saf=t=box if you need storage buy one yourself or put in another storage unit be sure to check out referants before you get anything it's strictley money for them nothing more
