Update by user Jul 18, 2018 It is now July 18th and still no title - and it is easy to see that they simply are never going to send it. I have been told 3 times now that "It will be mailed this Friday" - If I call again - I will be told that it will be mailed the next Friday. They are simply lying and toying with me. When you call them on the carpet about it - they get nasty and basically just end their chat with you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2018 Ordered a Scooter/Motorcycle on May 23rd, 2018. It has almost been a month now and it is basically un-driveable because they will not send me the title (purchased outright, not financed so title should have been shipped with unit). Therefore, I can not get a license plate for it to legally drive on the road. I live in Pennsylvania and let's face it - the motorcycle driving season isn't all that long. I called them (or I should say 'chatted' with them online as you will NEVER get anyone on the phone to talk to). I was told that the title will be sent a week from the day I called, which will then take another week to get here by US mail. I asked - if you have the title - send it NOW ! No response. The place otta be put out of business. Do you think that this is something they should tell you up front before you purchase?? As far as the bike is concerned - I have had to fix a few things on it that were flawed - such as a broken terminal on the battery cable - and a few other things. That's not really a big deal to me because I am able to - but what about those who don't have the capability to fix things like that!! My advice is to be very very very cautious in purchasing anything from them.
