I am a Realtor, Several times Cook's has treated termites on houses that I have under contract. They don't provide proper documentation, even after asking them 5 times. They were paid $599 for the termite treatment and came with 1 yr warranty, but they won't provide warranties when asked NUMEROUS times. Staff are INCOMPETENT, no one can do anything w/o asking someone else. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY and USE REPUTABLE COMPANY.
