Don’t order from Geek-a-bye Baby unless you want to say bye bye to your money!!!

Geek-a-bye Baby sells custom crib and related bedding. I ordered a Star Wars themed crib bedding set and matching mobile on 10/19/2014. Cost $285. Received a confirmation email that included an order number and statement that lead time is about 12 weeks. After 12 or 13 weeks, I replied to the confirmation email asking about status of my order. No reply. A couple of days later, I went to their website and sent an email from there asking for order status. The owner, Beth Nelson, notes that she will reply usually within 24 hours but no later than 72 hours. No reply after 72 hours. Sent another email from the website. No reply. The website does not include a phone number, so I could not call. Geek-a-bye Baby has an Austin, TX P.O. box, so I tried to look up the business on yellowpages.com and the owner on whitepages.com. No luck. They do have a Facebook page so I posted on the Facebook page asking Beth to reply to my request for order status. I saw a notification that someone commented on my post. When I went to look, the comment was unavailable and my original post was deleted! So I tried again. Before the second comment was deleted, someone else commented that she had the same experience with Geek-a-bye Baby - no products delivered, no email replies, and Facebook posts deleted. And yes, my second Facebook post and this comment were deleted. So was my third post. I tried to comment on someone else's post and now was blocked altogether from posting on their page. So, I really have no way to communicate with this business. Funny, how the owner has time to read and delete Facebook comments but no time to reply to requests for order status or to make and ship my bedding. It is clear to me that I am not going to received my crib bedding (for my first grandchild due any day now), and that the owner does not want to communicate with me, or others who she is ripping off. I have filed a dispute claim with my credit card company to see if they will give me the money back. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My message to anyone reading this post, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GEEK-A-BYE BABY!! Business is a sham!!
