Don’t order Eggs Benedict

Dear Perkins, I have had your eggs benedict years ago and loved them. Today I ordered them and instead of putting the Canadian ham on it they put thinly sliced ham. It was not enjoyable. I mentioned to the establishment and they said they changed it from above. Shame, shame shame. I felt like Benedict Arnold had sabotaged my meal!
