Dont order awesome auger, I called their 800 number and their phone system took my NO as a YES to order a drill and had NO way to go back and correct it, on calling customer service they claim the calls go to NY and they have to wait for them to reach the fulfillment center in Wisconson (355 byrd ave, Neenah, WI). They claim the automated system belongs to the people in NY. (I searched the web and found a case involving them with thill, theyre SAS Group Inc.) who are using Thill as their fulfillment company. SAS group apparently ripped off the original designers of the auger (Versatile Housewares & Gardening Systems Inc.) and are now marketing it themselves ? wasnt sure by the case.. When calling SAS GROUP, INC.Address: 200 WHITE PLAINS RD TARRYTOWN NY 10591 Owner/Operator Phone: 914-332-**** none of their boxes answer, including MR. MICHAEL SOBO the CEO. This is a scam. They rip you off for the shipping and handling fees, make it impossible to cancel in time before it being shipped out after the order reaches the Thill Logistics fulfillment center (Joyce O'Connell, Administrative Services Manager Phone Number: (920) 967-****) and dont refund the handling or shipping once you have to return it... I have been trying desperately to cancel before this happens. Not only will the automated system hawk other items to you it will order them for you when you say NO to them, they ask for your credit card info in the beginning of the call. Never again will i order when they ask for credit card info FIRST.
