Dont leave your belingings in the room and think they’llbe there when ya get back

I wasnt informed that i would need after pauing for the room an additional $150 cash deposit so i booked the room paid in full but never stepped foot inside nor had access to the key but i was charged at a non refundable i had my 10 yr old daughter
