We bought some medical equipment and leased with Pawnee. They required insurance on the equipment which we were required to get to finish the lease process. The insurance was sent to them to finish the lending process and they say they don't have record of it. They said because they don't show we didn't provided then they started charging us for insurance and fees and interest also. Our insurance company submitted proof that we had insurance and Pawnee is refusing to remove any fees because of their claim that they have no proof of us sending them the record of insurance. The people (Stephanie and Tamra) in the insurance department have been very unhelpful and are rude. We have requested that they remove these charges from our account and they refuse to do it. Read you contract carefully if you do business with them! The will screw you and wont take responsibility for their mistake.
