I changed the batteries in the remote then the bed wpnt inflate tried tocall customer service was on hold for 10 minutes heard the phone ring thru then was hung up on tried again and no answer i finally gave up like they wanted most likely. This is the first complaint i ever filed the casper etc is looking real good right now
