Don’t join with autopayment

I have been billed monthly 6-8 times at $9.99 that's 60 to 70 a month. I cannot call anybody but to leave a message. no return call yet. they have been ripping me off for months now. I tried cancelling account but they still bill me this much. i'm lost what to do????????
