Don’t honor what they say and increase cost to live in their community

BH Management owns my apartment complex and started a trash service with a fee. I was advised after a lengthy talk with them, they would make an exception as they require me to put a garbage can in my studio apartment when I don't have the room. Long story short, now they have back billed me 6 months and its costing me almost $300. The new staff has advised me that regardless if that was promised to me, they won't reverse the charge fully knowing I don't even have one of their garbage cans. I have spoken to 3 different office staff about this, and nobody cares what they are doing is wrong, and ripping off one of their residents... Sadly this isn't even the first time they have back billed me for something that was their mistake. I strongly suggest you stay away from this companie's properties.
