Totally no respect fir customers, I had a court case planned after months are arguing. Yes I also had the ranting down the phone from a female director/owner very intinidating. They wanted to settle out of court and we agreed just to get away from them and would have been £1000 down thats how desperate we were. All signed up and agreed settlement early December 2018, chased and chased but nothing done. 7 weeks on and having told them I would open another case once I had done that and was down another couple hundred pound they paid. That is no good now the second case is underway and the money is just held on account as I said I would do. They really will push you to the extreme, going by the other complaints it seems normal mode of operation. Be rude, un-cooperative and try to grind you down. Keep records of everything, I only wish I had recorded the phone rant like some others have. I do have everything else including photogralhic evidence of work they stated was done but was not started as they state. Also picturez of where they took out a temp wall leaving a gas flue belching fumes back into my property. I will update when it is resolved but, whatever the outcome dont put yourself and family through it.
