We have been to the Casino and Spa Multiple times and never has this Hotel been a 4 star stay. The place lacks the clean air one would expect to find instead it smells like an ashtray. Got to our room to find it half way cleaned and took pictures of the Bathroom that had not been touched. The last tenants soap was still in shower and hair all over with soap *** on the glass and floor. We did not use the facility and notified the front desk and they sent someone up and apologized and would have it cleaned in the morning. We stayed there to visit the spa for my wife to get a facial so after waking up and waiting for them to clean we requested a late check out and was told 2 pm . After some shopping and eating downstairs we went back at 12:45 and they had locked us out. They said that was their mistake they don't have a 2 pm check out and we needed to leave. In short this place is run down and needs new management. I was frustrated and tried telling the manager the issues and Dustin just said sorry you had such a bad stay, had I treated a customer that way I would not have a business. I wish there was a way to post the pictures, very disgusting. Sulfur Springs is run down and they needed this place to help the community I hope this gets the management off their butts and gets things back when it was new. One star due to the management and not trying to solve the problems or take care of the clients needs. Dustin the front Desk manager did say he could offer to keep our bags while at the spa instead of the 2pm check out and we was so disappointed by that time we just wanted to go home and did. I don't think we will be back or our friends either. If you read the other comments the hotel is getting run down and pillows are the least of it. The service is the worst!!!!!!!
