Don’t get your books here

I ordered/paid for my book, got my access code, got my ISBN number Doesn't allow me to access my book because I don't have a course key. Have no course key, professor doesn't have coursekey. Go to help menu... logs me out every 5-20 seconds. No support because it logs me out before I can click on support. This is terrible. I'm behind in my class now.
