DON’T GET WHAT YOU/I ASK FOR

I PURCHASE 4TIRES AND ONLY RECEIVED 3 BUT PAID FOR 4 NEW ONES ASK TO GET MY OIL CHANGE AMD THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. I HAVE MISS MATCH TIRES ON MY CAR, BUT I GUESS THAT WHAT THEY DO TO THE LADIES. ITS has BEEN A YEAR BUT STILL I SHOULD'VE TO ASK ANOTHER WHY MY TIRES ARE NOT THE SAME, AND WHY MY OIL BLACK ITS HAS BE CHANGE TWICE TWICE AFTER
