Initially, they said that the loan could be paid back early and there would be no penalties. Almost immediately, I attempted to pay extra on my loan. They applied the whole EXTRA payment to the Interest and 0 to the Principal. Also 2 extra payments in the next 2 weeks they did the same thing because I had paid extra and so it was a penalty to me. The only way to pay this loan off early is to pay it in full. They also don't have many English-speaking personnel. The guy I just spoke with just kept saying, "Pay more each time you pay on the loan". If you do this, you are penalized by them paying your extra money into the interest and not into the principal.
