I had almost same thing happened to me with brighter images labs i $1,938.00 and i don't even have a product i sent my veneers back also to have redone several times back and forth and then when after a month goes by i check to see whats going on why i have NOT received my veneers they said they never received mine so i tracked down thru postal and have day and time they received them and then i never got anything no calls no emails no product and a year and a half later still NOTHING except a really hard time and almost 2000 dollars spent on a product i DONT have I really wish we all that got scammed by Brighter Images lab could STOP them from ripping any one else off Please do yourself a favor and really really do your homework on them they have hundreds of bad reviews all saying almost the same thing about you dont get a final product and they dont answer your calls or emails They keep doing and showing all these (free) clients of how happy they are but all the paying clients are very UNHAPPY of how they pay so much and NEVER receive or have a cheap piece of plastic that is damaged and don't want to put it in your mouth PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED BY BRIGHTER IMAGES LABS
