Don’t Follow Privacy Rulesa

1

According to Wyndhams Rules, to set up or change an account, you must show your drivers license. My husband, Phil, set up an account in my name. I dont travel so I wasnt with him and obviously, he couldnt show them my drivers license. I go by my maiden name so we dont even share the same last name. In addition, the Wyndham representative who set up the account, did not explain to Phil that he wouldnt get any points for staying in a Wyndham Hotel since his name isnt mine. We have lost countless points because of their incompetency. I asked if they would change the name on the account to his and give us the points for his stay. Now they want to follow their rules and want me to send them Phils drivers license. They couldnt follow their own privacy rules and now they want me to trust them with a drivers license. Since they dont have strong privacy rules in place, that license will end up on the internet and Phils identity will be stolen. Dont trust these people. They follow the rules when it is convenient for them. User's recommendation: I don't.
