Don’t fly Southwest

Phone change resulted in Southwest personnel cancelling a 3 hour direct flight to Naples scheduled months before. Lost 2 days in Florida and arrival changed from mid day to late evening. Southwest customer service lied and said flight would be cancelled anyway due to the MAXX jet problem--which was complete *** There phone person admitted she screwed up and apologized many times. Customer service did absolutely nothing--they are misnamed.. Spent 1.75 hours on the phone with them--complete waste of time. I will NEVER fly southwest again.
