I am a prepaid customer and received a text for a Boxing Week promo. $0 down/2GB of data/ Choice of 1 of 3 different phones for $45/month on a 2 year contract and I would own the phone at the end with no additional costs. What a deal! I called, ordered a Samsung S10plus and waited for a week. Called back only to find out that my order had been cancelled... sorry Sir... no one knows why but we can give you the same deal for $60/month but only with the S10e. I think I'll go somewhere else thanks.
