ORDERED EARLY DEC FOR DELIVERY DEC 14 OR AFTER. I WAS OUT OF STATE UNTIL THEM. THEY SHIPPED DEC 10. I EMAILED. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM EMAILS DEC 10 OR 11. CALLED. PROMISED TO RESHIP AND EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS. NOPE. CALLED REPEATEDLY. PROMISED SHPMENTS. FOUND OUT ITEMS WRE OUT OF STOCK (NOT THAT ANYONE CALLED ME BACK EVER). I RECHOOSE AND ORDERED WITH YOUR AGENT, BUT GUESS WHAT...THOSE SOLD OUT AND NOT ONE CONTACT, PHONE OR EMAIL. NOTHING BUT PROMISES AND BS. THEYVE BEEN PROMISING A PARTIAL REFUND, THEN A FULL REFUND, REPEATEDLY OVER THE COURSE OF 2 WEEKS.....PROMISES NO REFUND, NO PROPER COOKIE DELIVERY, CANCELLED REPLACEMENTS, NO COMMUNCATION. GOOD COOKIE. LOUSY *** SERVICE AND THEY STILL OWE ME OVER $200 THAT THEY PROMISED ME WEEKS AGO (AND SINCE). TERRIBLE. I CAN GIVE YOU COPIES OF MY EMAILS AND MOST OF THE CALLS (LITERALLY HOURS LONG) ATTEMPTING REPEATEDLY TO FIX THEIR MESS FROM MY CELL CALL LOG (ALTHO I SPENT OVER AN HOUR TODAY HOLDING AND THEY PROMISED TO CALL BACK --THEY WONT--THEY DONT DO ANYTHING THEY SAY) 740 403 ****
