I purchased a years supply of Alcon's monthly Air Optic color lens. I was told there was a $75 rebate available. I received the receipt needed from the optician and the other required docs from my medical physician. I submitted the three forms and then I received an email saying my docs weren't supportive. I spoke to Alcon and asked what I needed to do. I followed up and still I haven't received my gift card. The site says they are "reviewing" my docs but they are EXACTLY what was requested. It's been more than 3 weeks and I've yet to hear from Alcon.Alcon
