Don’t expect pleasantries to be exchanged on the phone, if you happen to call on Saturdays
Angry sounding young woman had to take my order over the phone on a Saturday Jan 18th, 2019 because I hadn't been issued a new gift certificate. She sounded like she didn't want to be there doing what she was doing. I told her she sounded angry. Her response was "No!" The whole conversation had the same tone. Very Unpleasant.
