When I found out there was a possibility the current games were going away, I told them if they did, I was cancelling my membership and expected a refund. My card was charged on 1/10/20. Now on 1/22 several of the games have moved from Java to HD no longer offering convenient chat. Because of this change, I called EA and requested a refund, they said no. I called VISA and disputed the charge, they gave an immediate refund. I'm requesting everyone concerned with these changes call their credit card company and request a refund. If enough do this, they will have issues with the credit card companies. Show EA they can't treat their customers like this and get away with it!
