Don’t ever upgrade

Couldn't access my medical DNA reports till I upgraded. After I upgraded and spent $125, I was told by email I couldn't give the upgrade kit to my daughter and I wouldn't be getting a refund. So now I have an attorney on hand to take the next step if needed. Your company should be ashamed. It's stealing.
