Had slow performance on laptop PC, got boost speed 11 in hopes of improvement. OK at first, then performance slowed again. Finally aggravated enough to call their tech support, waited 9 min for response & it would cost me $25 for next level tech. OK...(I never got charged...why?) Appears to me they are disorganized.....or winging it? Tech remotely checked few (I mean few, like 6-7) PC OS files & came back with next level being needed. Well, that was to purchase $200, $400 & $500 service plans. He didn't even review the Boost Speed program that I thought would be the 1st place to start! Seriously?!?! Told him I can buy a brand new PC for $300. He didn't like that & got rude then. I said "thank you", hung up & tried to uninstall the program. It wouldn't completely uninstall. Had to go to the Norton program to disallow any comm's with Auslogic in or out. The PC is actually working better/faster than without Auslogic watching my back. My humble opinion.....Auslogic is nothing more than a scam...giving the slightest hopes of help while bilking people out of $'s they need not spend. Much better to save the $'s & put it to a new PC when it gets bogged down & intolerable. Total waste of time/money.
