Don’t even bother

They ship your plants in a bag.... yeah that sure protected them well. All came broken. Trees that were supposed to be 3'-4' tall were folded in half to fit into a 2 1/2 ft shipping bag. Broken upon arrival. Most of the plants came dried and dead in one shipment, roots not even wrapped. literally they just throw them inside the bag bare root without any protection. Another shipment came to replace some of the damaged ones. it had either dried up plants or had a white mold growing on the sticks and had turned black and every single one of the plants came broken or in bad condition. Don't get excited about the prices because the plants won't live. Out of my first initial order of about $80 i haven't had one single plant survive due to either being dead upon arrival or it didn't make it past the first week because it came in such bad shape through the shipping process. they make it difficult to get replacements and don't do email when it comes to returns. so you go back and forth through snail mail. so dumb oh and they also have like 7 different company names and you will start getting their magazines in the mail in hopes you will buy from one of the other ones since most likely you didn't have a good experience from the first one.
