Don’t deal with this lowclass dealer!!

I went there to look at a couple of SUVs and in the process was going to trade in my pickup. I was offered a trade in number that didn't meet with was looking for, but a value for my trade was quoted to me. I went outside to view a couple of other vehicles when my sales guy had another guy take over. That person was rude and a *** so I told him I wouldn't be interested in talking with him. He spouted off something else even ruder and after he did that I followed him inside and asked him "where do you get off talking to me like that?" Sholeh, supposedly the owner came over and asked me what happened, then my original sales guy and the sales manager joined the conversation. She said she wanted to know what they could do to "make things right"? I said we were leaving and not happy with the treatment we received from the one guy. They were supposed to call me with a better deal and didn't so I called them. Several times I was told that they would call me back. I drove over there today, 40 mile from my home, and was treated very poorly and the guy that was rude was sitting in the filthy office snickering about it. I'd have fired that guy. They then lowballed me on my trade today just to infuriate me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I will be in touch with Sholeh to ask her why she allows her crew to act the way they did, which included lying to me on several occasions. When I stated to the manager what the deal was that I was offered he asked if the sales guy and I shook hands. I said no and on that he said, "then there was no deal" I'm of the belief that if the crew operates in that manner it has to come from the top.
