I tried, for more than 15 minutes, to place an order online, for one item. When I called to place the order, first I was told the item was no longer available.... Then I was told, oh yes, it is, but your size is not available.... Then I was told it cost more than the online price.... Then I was told no, you could not get free shipping unless you place the order online.... What a waste of time. Never again.
