Don’t call Telus

i tried to call Telus to get internet and TV service for my new place. i waited 30 min for someone to answer the call. The person who answered the phone was pathetic, i was on the line for an hour for him to figure out the cost and then he said that i will have to wait 3 weeks for them to come and connect my service. That's the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. I ended up calling Shaw and they picked up the phone right away and they will be coming tomorrow. Telus outsourced their call centre to some other countries in Asia and they know absolutely nothing. Yet Telus would charge you an arm and a leg after you waited for an hour. Pathetic!
