Don’t buy online rip off

Long time customer, used website to purchase several items. Also made several returns which were received by co. Per UPS tracking..however never credited back to my account, customer service contacted several times...still not credited back to my loft and PayPal accounts. Essentially they stole $185 from me..buyer beware!
