Original review posted by user Jan 20, 2020 It seemed strange that I get a email from this forum after several months today. I have had the same problems with the doorbell camera since day 1, it records when it wants. I essentially have given up talking to Vivint about this issue and have resolved that it will never work as sold. They will never keep their word on getting back with you. Someone was to contact me from their fraud unit months ago regarding package being stolen from my porch where doorbell camera did not record. And the fraudulent contract that they have you sign from dishonest salespersons. Need I go on. Just stay away from them.
