Don’t buy if you don’t like yearly subscriptions!

Quicken Deluxe says you can buy and use manually with no ongoing subscription BUT there is a catch. If you do not use their online service this sounds good but when your first year runs out and Ad to renew shows up and if you don't renew the ad takes over 1/3 of the screen, top and right side. I guess the business plan is to *** you off until you to renew?
