Dont buy i order a 50 inch led smart tv and they gave me a tracking # told me my order was delivered to my maibox ? Now how can that be im still tryn to recover my money

They took my money gave me a bogus tracking# i e-mailed them they apologized for the mixup gave me another tracking # and this one said my order was delivered to my mail box how can u delivered a 50 inch tv to a mailbox total scam
