DON’T BUY FROM THIS GUY IS THIEF

I PURCAHSED 4 GL OF RESIN ON EBAY HE SENT 4- 1/2 GL HE TOLD ME TO USE IT THAT HE WILL AND HE NEVER SEND IT, WHEN I PLACE A CLAIM ON EBAY THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN THE ITEM BUT IT WAS ALREADY USED SO I CAN'T PLACE A CLAIM. HE NEVER SENT THE ITEM OR REFUND ME THE PORTION OF MONEY OF WHAT HE DIDN'T SEND
