Unfortunately, my experience was almost identical to the numerous complaints already here. Remanns.com, one of the dozen or so company names that these people operate under, sold me a substandard remanufactured engine that died after 1600 miles. You then can not get anyone to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Only after I disputed the charge, did anyone contact me. 4 months ago was when I began dealing with these folks and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for labor fee's associated with having to replace the motor a second time...
