Don’t buy Breville products. Very,very poor customer service

I purchased a juicer and the stainless steel filter basket was vibrating a lot when in use. I called customer service and spoke to an agent by the name of Angelina Sharp and was promised a replacement would be shipped within two business days. Well it has been over there week now and I haven't received my filter, and to make matters worse, they don't call or return your email. I'm fed up trying to talk to someone in customer service , that I have decided to return back the product to the store and get back a refund. Never in my lifetime would I purchase another Breville products@
