I ordered a watch strap but when I received it, it was 22mm and was larger for my watch,I returned it and after receiving it fossil confirmed it have passed the quality check and my refund will be done and it more than a month that I am waiting for refund and when I call them they make lame excused and says that it have been done but no amount have been reflected in my account and same have been confirmed by my bank also.
