Don’t bother, no customer support, they just want your money!

Tried to cancel my trial but it renewed a day before the end, and even after I tried to contact their support team MANY times, I received no customer support at all, except a single copy/pasted message that I can summarize as they don't give a crap and claim I'm locked...
